HomeExterior Painting
Exterior Painting Built for Florida Weather
Sun, rain and humidity are hard on paint. We clean and prep the surface properly first, so your new finish looks great and holds up.
What we paint
- Stucco and siding
- Trim, fascia and soffits
- Front doors and garage doors
- Shutters, railings and other exterior details
How we prep
- Surfaces washed first to remove dirt and mildew
- Loose and peeling paint scraped and sanded
- Small cracks and gaps sealed
- Windows, plants, walkways and fixtures covered before painting
- Work scheduled around rain, so paint goes on dry surfaces
What we don't do
- Replace rotted wood or do carpentry
- Repair stucco beyond small patches
If we find damage, we will point it out before painting so you can have it repaired first.
What affects the price
- Size of the home and number of stories
- Surface type and condition
- How much scraping, sealing and priming is needed
- Number of colors and amount of trim
- Access around the property
